The main purpose of this position:
The Human Resources Assistant is required to perform a full generalist human resources function
This includes industrial relations, recruitment and selection, training, counselling, submission of payroll inputs and the supervision of administration processes
The incumbent is further required to meet tight deadlines, to be accurate, to follow policies and procedures and to interact with members of the staff, management, external companies/agencies associated with client as well as members of the public

- Human Resources Audit & Reporting

- Dealing with queries promptly & effectively
- The effective handling of allocated projects and other related HR duties

- Assist the HRM with monthly reports
- Provide support, advice and guidance to the managers
