The main purpose of this position:
Client Relations Officer (CR0) will create a bridge between hospitals, patients and their families
They are the custodian of the patient experience at the hospital and are responsible for relevant policy adherence, upholding the clients experience at each point in the patient journey, managing complaints and patient experience issues within the hospital
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Focus on enhancement of the customer experience
- Visit every patient at least once a day and record visit and any raised on the clients digital Customer System
- Manage the process and resolution of all issues reported
- Assist with the management of formal complaints including ensuring accountability and investigation from responsible parties, resolution and reporting thereof on the clients CEM system
- Extract, analyse and provide weekly and monthly reports on customer experience from the clients CEM system
- Oversee CEM improvement campaigns and strategies
- Assist with Quality Improvement initiatives with patient experience
- Supervise baby photos taken and new mothers are supplied with the Groups’ baby certificate
