The main purpose of this position:

A position has arisen in the Properties Department for a Landscaper/Gardener

The successful candidate will report to the Property Maintenance Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

Gardening and Landscaping:

• Plant, prune, and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns
• Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Monitor plant health and apply appropriate care techniques
• Use a variety of hand tools and equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Maintain landscape features, including walkways, patios, and garden beds
• Follow safety guidelines and best practices for gardening and landscaping
• Installation, adjustment, and maintenance of sprinklers, as well as ensuring the safe use of pesticides and herbicides, particularly for spraying weeds in paved areas

Cleaning:

• Perform general cleaning tasks
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean windows, bathrooms, and kitchens
• Ensure all areas are kept organised and hygienic
