A Cape Town based national Medical Recruitment company is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic Recruiting team
The position will focus on the Medical industry and the successful candidate will be expected to carry out the full recruiting function
Some non-medical recruiting will need to be done as part of this positions scope of works
Admin assistance is provided to the Recruiting consultant and will be discussed at interview
Requirements:
This position requires someone with a strong administration flair and good typing skills, as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook and accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Previous or current recruiting experience is essential.
Strong interview skills are a prerequisite, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both senior management as well as entry level staff
The ability to source and secure additional clients to grow the Company’s market share in Medical recruiting is a prerequisite
The successful candidate has the option to work from home, and will only be required to come into the office for meetings and interviews
Other Criteria for this position are:
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle is required for this position.
• Must be Computer Literate, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be well spoken and fluent in both English and Afrikaans
• Good telephone etiquette and professional conduct are essential
• Matric or Grade 12 is essential and further studies would be an advantage
