This unique position combines social media management, content creation, and entry-level support for their Finance & Insurance (F&I) department, offering the right candidate an opportunity to learn the essentials of the F&I role while driving their online presence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

• Manage and create content for our client’s social media platforms, showcasing vehicles to engage their audience and drive online presence
• Photograph and film vehicles for promotional materials, including creating short video clips for social media and website use
• Move cars as needed to create the best visual content
• Use a drone to capture unique and dynamic shots, adding visual appeal to content
• Ensure consistent brand messaging in all content, highlighting key features of each vehicle
• Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to optimise engagement

Junior F&I Support:

• Assist the current F&I with administrative tasks, including document management, compliance checks, and customer support
• Gain exposure to F&I processes, learning from experienced professionals in the field
• Opportunity to pursue an F&I qualification
